Course Overview
Delegates will learn how to install and support Windows Vista in a networked business environment.
Course Aims
Delegates will learn how to identify the different versions of Windows Vista, identify the minimum/ recommended hardware requirements, install Windows Vista, upgrade existing operating systems to Windows Vista, configure user accounts, desktop environments, and configure, manage and troubleshoot hardware devices. Delegates will also learn how to configure, manage and troubleshoot disks, file systems, and user profiles, configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP based networks, and allow Windows Vista to co-exist with Windows 2003 domains, and configure printing and printers.
Course Pre-requisites
This course assumes no previous knowledge of Windows Vista.
