This course develops the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of the concept of ICT technical support management in an educational establishment. The strategy adopted is a process driven approach aimed at ICT operations in all sizes of educational institutions. The approach modularises the functionality of technical support under the broad categories of Reactive, Proactive, Change and Strategic. This Unit will benefit individuals involved in ICT technical support management in educational establishments and may include senior technicians, management, head teachers and supporting consultants.
