When do the courses start and finish?

Each day of each course will run between 9:30am and 5:00pm but delegates are welcome to arrive from 8:45am onwards.

What can I expect from a NEOS course?

Each NEOS course will be delivered by an expert in the subject matter, using comprehensive course materials, and quality equipment, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This will ensure an effective, enjoyable experience where learning is key.

Can I have a closed course just for my employees?

Yes. Closed courses can be delivered.

Can I have the course tailored?

Yes. Courses can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

Can courses be delivered at my premises?

Yes. Courses can be delivered at your offices, with or without kit.

What does it cost to tailor a course?

Nothing, for company courses, the tailoring process helps us to ensure that the course meets directly the needs of the business.

What are the class sizes?

Each course will have up to a maximum of 10 delegates, ensuring that the trainer has plenty of time to meet the needs of the individuals on the course.

Who delivers your training?

Training will be delivered by IT professionals who not only work in the classrooms but also in the field so they can relate real world experiences into their teaching.

How will your courses help my career?

Each course has been designed to meet the real world needs of IT professionals and also (where relevant) has been designed to encompass industry based qualification requirements.

What will I take away from a NEOS course?

Each delegate will take away from the course the knowledge that they can implement, administer and support the technologies, as well as a comprehensive course manual that can be used as a reference guide, and a signed certificate from the course tutor to show they have attended the course.
